This method is a lengthy process, so I divided this method into three phases for your easy understanding.
Phase 1: Configure EAC into Google Workspace
First, I am going to connect the Exchange Admin Center in the Google Cloud environment. Carefully follow the steps.
- Start by creating a migration batch. Log in to the EAC, then go to the Migration button.
- Select the Add migration batch button. Choose the Migration to Exchange Online option.
- Click on Google Workspace (Gmail) migration as the type.
- From the Prerequisites section, click on the Start button from the Automate the configuration of your Google Workspace.
- Sign in to the Google Super Admin account using administrator credentials.
- The tool downloads the JSON key file automatically to your computer.
- Also, provide the ClientID and OAuth Scopes. Go to the link Google Admin API Controls.
- Choose Add New and paste the ClientID and Scopes. Then, hit the Authorize button.
Phase 2:Confirm Endpoint and User List
- After that, create a new endpoint. Provide the name and upload the JSON key file that you have downloaded previously.
- Create a CSV file containing all the users. In this, provide all the users MIcrosoft 365 email addresses under the EmailAddress header. Optionally, you can provide your Google email address under Optional. Save the file.
- Choose the Microsoft 365 routing subdomain that you have created in the first phase.
Phase 3: Finalize the Migration Process
