Supported File Formats

FreeViewer provides a solution for different types of file formats by which users can read and view your file.

PST File

The PST (Portable Storage Table) is a file format used by Microsoft Outlook to keep email messages, contacts, and so on.

OST File

OST is also Outlook file forma to keep emails, tasks, contacts, and so on data locally on your system.

OLM File

An OLM file is a data file used by Mac Outlook. It contains email messages, contacts, calendars, tasks, and additional data used by Outlook.

MSG File

MSG file format is a syntax for keeping a single message object like emails, attachments, contacts, tasks, and events etc. within MS Outlook. It uses .msg file extension to save the data in your computer.


MBOX file format is a widespread format for keeping data such as email, tasks, address book, and so on. From multiple email application like Thunderbird, Opera mail, Apple Mail, etc.


EML files are used to save the content of the message, along with the sender, subject, recipient, and day of the message. It is the normal format used by Microsoft Mail, etc.

vCard File

A vCard file is a standard format for storing contact information that can contain the name, email address, phone number, address, and other information for each contact.

OLK File

The OLK file extension is known as Outlook Address Book File and was developed by Microsoft Outlook for Mac. OLK (Outlook) is a unique file type used by Outlook as a database for storing messages.

PDF File

CSV File
