Maintain Original Folder Hierarchy

Mac Outlook Recovery tool enables users to save output data in same folder structure as it was before the export process. This feature allows the user to rebuild Outlook 2016, 2011 Mac database profile in same hierarchy to avoid any discrepancies. The user has to enable the checkbox of Maintain Folder Hierarchy option and afterward the complete export and restore process is carried out having same original data structure.

Export Selective Data of Users Choice

Mac Outlook Database Rebuild Utility avails two different methods to export data from Outlook Mac 2019, 2016, 2011 per user’s choice.

• Date-Filter: A dynamic feature whose aim is to export specific data by defining a data range over the complete data. User can add data filter as per their own choice.
• Category-Based: The feature enables the user to select different data items from the user mailbox like emails, contacts, calendar etc. to limit the export process.

Recover Mac Outlook Calendars

This advanced utility makes it easier for the users to recover calendars individually from Mac Outlook profile, OLK or OLM file. Users can select ICS file to export calendar events and all the items will be saved in the ICS file. There is an additional feature to merge all calendars in single ICS file (optional).

Recover Mac Outlook Contacts

Another useful feature of this Outlook Mac Database Recovery Tool is that users can recover and export contacts separately instead of complete data. This makes the recovery process quick and efficient. There are two export options for contacts i.e. CSV and VCF. The tool also offers users to select VCF version of their own choice.

Re-Arrange Emails after Exporting

Another paramount attribute of this software to rebuild Outlook Mac 2019, 2016, 2011 database is the File Naming Convention Feature. Using this functionality, a user can sort and manage his exported data by following a naming pattern. The feature consists some options like – Auto Increment, Subject + Date (YYYY-MM-DD) etc. which a user can choose as per requirement. Moreover, user can save emails different formats.

Generate an Activity Log Report

At the end of complete recovery process, an export report is generated by Mac Outlook Database Rebuild Utility. This report is locally stored in CSV file format on the system. The file consists information about complete export and restored data items along with any failure attempt. This helps user to keep track of data and have detailed report of individual profile stored in the system automatically.
